Because Doobie Hemp is a marketplace, your order may contain products from different partner brands. Each brand fulfills and ships their own products separately, which means you may receive multiple packages — but you’ll only pay one delivery fee.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We work with our partner brands to keep shipping affordable, and many offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount.

Because Doobie is a marketplace, each brand has its own return policy. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out to our support team within 7 days of delivery. We’ll coordinate directly with the brand to replace or refund the item at their discretion.

For safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. However, we’ll review damaged or defective product claims on a case-by-case basis.
